Mrs. Robbie Fountain Wilson, age 81, went home to be with the Lord on Sunday, Dec. 13, 2015. Services will be held Wednesday Dec. 16, 2015 at 11:00 AM at the Clear Creek Baptist Church with Rev. Don Thomas and Rev. Gabby Lord, and Rev. Dwayne Outlaw officiating. Burial will follow in the Asbury Methodist Church Cemetery.

Mrs. Wilson was a native and long-time resident of Wilkinson County. She was preceded in death by her parents, James Cecil and Thelma Brooks Fountain and her husband Rev. Lee Wilson.

Survivors include 3 sons, Keith Wilson (Renee) of Gordon, Steve Wilson (Sandy) of Lake Park, GA, and Tony Wilson (Laura) of Ivey, a daughter, Jean W. Thomas (Don) of Lizella, one brother Cecil Fountain of Twiggs County, and 3 sisters, Sandra McDaniel of Ringold, Dollie Sheffield of Jonesboro, and Brenda Calvert of Stockbridge, 9 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren also survive.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Georgia Baptist Childrens Home 505 Water Works Rd. Palmetto, GA 30268.

The family will be at Couey-Reece-Stanley Funeral Home in Gordon Tuesday evening from 5-7 for friends to call.
