Harry Robert Walls

Harry Robert Walls, 76, went home to be with the Lord on Wednesday, April 8, 2026.

Visitation will be held from 12:30 p.m. until 1:30 p.m. on Saturday, April 11, at Voice of Truth, with the funeral service following immediately afterward. Tony Price and Paul Hendry will officiate.

Harry was born on November 15, 1949, in Douglas, Georgia, to Bennett J. Walls and Mary Edith Wilson Walls. He was also preceded in death by his brother, Don Walls.

He was a proud graduate of Leesburg High School and went on to serve his country as a sergeant in the United States Air Force. After his service, he built a life centered around hard work, faith, and family, owning and operating Lake Appliance for over 30 years.

Harry was a devoted member of Voice of Truth, where he faithfully served as an AWANA teacher for grades 6 through 8 for 10 years. He had a deep love for Jesus and a servant’s heart that touched many lives. He was also a member of the American Legion.

Above all, Harry loved his family. He is survived by his loving wife, Dona Marie Walls of McIntyre; his children, Richard Walls of Brunswick, Michael Walls (Kristy) of Jacksonville, B.J. Walls (Ari) of Leesburg, Florida, Michelle Penn (Kevin) of Metter, and Leslie Stanley (Trent) of McIntyre; 13 grandchildren: Shyanne, Jenna, Aaron, Ryleigh, Hunter, Dakota, Baylee, Caydance, Gavin, Chet, Jacob, Addi, and Leah; and two great-grandchildren, Lincoln and Denver. His legacy of love, faith, and kindness will live on through each of them.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Pruitt Health Hospice or Happy Hollow Christian Academy.
